We created this workshop for medical students to help them start a step ahead, rather than two steps behind. Too often, students enter medical school feeling unprepared for the pace, expectations, and hidden curriculum. Our goal is to demystify the experience—by revealing the hidden curriculum, teaching the foundations of research, and offering honest insight into what to expect. With the right guidance from the start, students can feel more confident, intentional, and equipped to succeed from day one.
